What's New in 2021 Visually, you might be fooled into thinking that nothing had changed from the prior model year. Nothing could be further from the truth. Everything, and we mean everything, was reconsidered for the fourteenth generation of this American classic. Ford reviewed their goals with the new F-150 and how they would achieve them.
