The Ford F-150 has a long legacy of being the best-selling full-size truck on the market. The 2019 Ford F-150 comes in seven trim levels: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch®, Platinum, Limited, and Raptor. All trims except the Raptor come with 4x2 and the option of an available 4x4 system. The Raptor comes with 4x4 standard.

 

Performance & Powertrain

The six engine options on the 2019 Ford F-150 include the standard 3.3-liter V6 on the base model, which produces 290 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque.

 

The 2.7-liter EcoBoost® V6 puts out 325 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque, while the Raptor and Limited sport the 3.5-liter EcoBoost® V6, which boasts 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. Both the Platinum and King Ranch® come with the 5.0-liter V8, which delivers 395 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. A turbo-diesel engine is slated to come out on the current model year, but specs have not yet been released. The base 3.3-liter V6 is matched to an automatic six-speed transmission while all other engine choices are mated to a 10-speed automatic with tow/haul mode, snow/wet mode, EcoSelect, and sport mode.

 

Interior Design

With seven trim levels and a variety of options and packages, the 2019 Ford F-150 offers a number of different interior choices and comforts.
